Most of the people in the building have also been laid off, with final dates sometime in the future. Needless to say the apathy level around here is at about a 125%. Most of our departments are just hanging on wrapping up the last little what-nots before being dumped into the employment aether. As I work escalated issues for an inbound call center that is not getting calls, I mostly wait. Praying my sanity holds up. I just found myself typing this into Google:
my brain hurts from sitting here at work with nothing to do ug!
It mostly brought up obituaries for people named Doug...how depressing.
